Do you feel a growing disconnect from the Earth and a longing to rekindle that vital spark?
Are you looking for ways to reconnect with your heart’s intelligence and with like-minded community?
AN INVITATION
Join us for this one-day workshop amidst forest, meadow and wild waters, near Liepnitzsee. Together we will embark on a ‘spiral journey’ based on Joanna Macy’s groundbreaking ‘Work that Reconnects’. Beginning first with gratitude, we will then open space for our grief before moving towards ‘seeing with new eyes’ and envisioning together empowered action for the healing of our world. Our explorations will be inspired by Deep Ecology, Buddhism and Gaia Theory.

Through a series of reflective practices, group work and embodied exercises, you will nourish your sense of belonging to the wider web of life and leave feeling better-resourced to make your unique contribution towards a more hopeful future.

This workshop is offered in English and is for adults.
LOCATION
The workshop is located 2km from Wandlitzsee train station; a 30-min walk or a 5-min cycle ride. The address will be shared with participants after booking. Parking is also available.
The venue is situated amongst forest, meadow and a constellation of lakes. Activities will take place indoors and outside, weather permitting. Please bring weather-appropriate clothes. Participants should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain. If you have mobility concerns or specific accessibility needs, please contact us via email before booking to see if your needs can be accommodated.
The workshop will come to a close at 17.00. After the workshop, some participants may wish to take a short walk (15 mins) through the forest to a bathing spot on the shore of Liepnitzsee before travelling home.

Isabelle giraldo
Trained as an architect, mother of 4 young adults, her travels and encounters have guided Isabelle towards an ecological awakening and the desire to act in the service of a sustainable future for all.
As a certified mindfulness trainer and ecotherapist, she designed the Eco-facilitation course to help young adults transform their eco-anxiety into strength and become agents of change, each at their own level.Through her work, she helps to dispel the grief of disconnection from living things, nurture dreams, restore meaning to daily life and rediscover a sense of belonging and community. She helps young adults to become agents of change and 'nurturing humans' who take care of the Earth and all living things, each in their own way and in line with their own potential.
Isabelle campaigns for a (re)connection to oneself, to others and to living things, so that everyone can take action motivated by the heart and relationships rather than by fears and separation.
